1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

- Navigate to "Dashboard" > "Settings" > "Subscription"
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
Once canceled, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier with limited features.
2. No Prorated Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 15th:
- You will not receive a refund for the remainder of the month
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the month
- No further charges will be made once the cancellation takes effect
This policy applies to all subscription tiers and billing periods.
3. Duplicate Payments
In the case of accidental duplicate payments for the same subscription period, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment upon verification. Please contact our support team at [email protected] with proof of the duplicate transaction.
To process a refund for duplicate payments, we require:
- Your account information (email address and name)
- Payment confirmation or transaction IDs for both payments
- Date and time of both transactions
We will review your request and process a refund for the duplicate charge as soon as possible, typically within 5-7 business days.
4. Technical Issues
If you encounter significant technical issues that prevent you from using the service as described and our support team is unable to resolve them within 5 business days, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

7. Payment Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction whenever possible. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
For credit card payments, refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days. For other payment methods, processing times may vary based on the policies of your financial institution.
8. Free Trial Periods
If we offer free trial periods for our subscriptions, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
No refunds will be provided if you forget to cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period. It is your responsibility to remember the end date of your free trial.
